### Champions 2025 ###
Weald League Mixed Team
For the first time in the Club's history, Paddock Wood won the Weald League in 2025 going one better than the previous year. The 'A' Team dominated the season and at one point were 15 points clear of the field. This meant we could go into our final match of the season having already secured the title, (which was lucky because we lost).
The victorious Team was:
Dave Cross; Neil Tomkinson and Ange Philpott
Keith Merrin; Andy Townson (Captain) and Jan Wheddon.
We gained promotion to Division 1 in 2023, and in 2024 we finished as runners up, just one point behind the leaders.
The Weald League consists of 4 divisions of about 7 teams. Each team consisting of 2 Mixed Triples meaning that there has to be at least one lady and one man on each rink (2 overall)
The games are played predominantly on Tuesday evenings between May and August.
